We are here to serve you but as you can understand, we need the following terms and conditions and always welcome your comments and advice

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the pleasehelp.fr website (the "Service") operated by Please Help SAS ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Website and links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Please Help SAS.

Please Help SAS has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Please Help SAS shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Purchasing & Credit Cards

Please Help SAS will never save in its databases any credit card information relating to our clients.


These tariffs are binding between the customer and Please Help SAS and on a twelve month minimum basis. Out of scope work such as translations, face to face meetings (in person), mileage charges (Km), are all invoiced separately. No service is free of charge implied or otherwise. Please Help SAS can, if deemed necessary, cancel its service to an individual or group without an explanation without warning. This service is destined to help individuals and not to act as a secretarial service unless specifically stated in your package offer. All offences will constitute a cancellation of the contract without financial loss to Please Help SAS. If it can be proven that a client is abusive, verbally or contractually, the clients’ contract will be deemed cancelled and the client will be notified of the cancellation notice or at the very least, a final warning. If a discount has been agreed; it is under the understanding that a minimum term applies; 12 or 24 or 36 months and that the payments are regular and on time, failure to comply with these terms would result in the full amount for the term agreed being due 30 days after the default of payment.

Fair Use

Subscriptions are designed for normal personal use. If usage deviates significantly from such use, or if there are signs that the ticket system, phone calls or email is being used excessively, such as for the provision of information to other clients or other services (Applications, passing of forms and translated materials coming from pleasehelp.fr.), or in connection with the redistribution of information from our knowledge base we reserve the right to restrict or suspend its service or take other appropriate action at any time. Skype and other internet based meetings are provided as part of this fair usage policy.


The client agrees that an employee is assigned to assist them and that the employee can delegate or transfer that assignment to another employee or third party that is deemed qualified by the original assigned employee; the client agrees to extend the courtesy to each employee and partner service.

Please Help SAS and its employees, partners will endeavor to provide a valued and responsive service to the extent of the help of the client. For example; if the client refuses to provide information or documents required or does so in a manner that insults, hinders, condescending, patronizing or is negative to the relationship of that communication, that specific task may be refused under the terms in this agreement without putting into question the minimum term of 12 months of that membership. If a client is found to attempt to pervert the correct process of please help.

Transfer of information

You authorise Please Help SAS to communicate your personal details to the extent of our duties with and to third parties. The duty or task as defined by you at the start of the membership or in a ticket, email, social media, text or by phone. You authorise us to send email on your behalf and represent you to achieve such tasks. We will provide an area (internet email system) so you may view these communications. The email system is not to be used for personal purposes to send or receive emails by you or those designated by you apart from the Please Help SAS. Emails in this system may neither be deleted or changed or transferred. For logistical and financial reasons we cannot include you in these emails or transcribe calls that have been made due to the significant workload that would entail.

Limitation Of Liability

In no event shall Please Help SAS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.


Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Please Help SAS its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Security & Confidentiality

The client hereby agrees not to transfer private sensitive information it has gained or acquired through Please Help SAS without its prior approval in writing by postal mail with the stamp and signature of a legal representative of the company.

No password may be divulged to a third party.

Surveillance cameras are in operation in our offices for the security of the employees and the clients alike; such use has been declared to the relevant authorities.


You may terminate this agreement by giving 30 days notice in writing by postal mail to Please Help SAS – 8 route de l'Ecole, 17260 Jazennes by recorded delivery at least thirty days before your annual indivisible 12 months membership expires.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
